Feel the Advantage
I have been working
for Advantage for almost 4 years now as a Physical Therapist Assistant at the Advantage Home Health Services Altoona office. During this time, I have been going to school part-time for Licensed Professional Counseling. I can honestly say that Advantage Home
Health Services has been very supportive while I’ve been working toward my second degree. My co-workers and
supervisor have been encouraging, and everyone has such a positive
attitude. After I graduate with my Licensed Professional Counseling
degree, I have even been encouraged to stay on in the physical therapy field as
well as social services at Advantage.
The company has worked hard to be supportive of not only myself, but also of the many patients we serve. I am very encouraged by how everyone works together as a team to ensure that patient care is number one. I have had many compliments from patients about Advantage’s staff. In some cases, patients have stated that they were never affiliated with a company that was so positive and knowledgeable. I can definitely say from personal experience that this field is a career and not a job.
