I have been working at advantage home health corporate office for almost 5 years and have been blessed to work with such a dedicated team. Joining the Advantage Team was one of the best employment decisions I could have ever made. Amy and Bill are wonderful and always will to assist in any issues that occur and make everyone feel appreciated!

I always enjoy the work day and I love feeling excited to come back to work the next day and do it all again! Advantage is truly a wonderful company that cares not only about patients but their employees as well. I love team advantage and am proud to be a part of this family! 

Meet Kimberly Williams
Kim started in the health field at age 17 when her grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Since then, she always knew she wanted to show the elderly and sick that there are people that will care for them – even if they are not family. Prior to Advantage, Kim worked at an assisted living facility for 15 years. During her time there, she always referred her patients to Advantage – knowing that the nurses and therapists always took such good care of their patients. As soon as the opportunity presented itself, Kim came to Advantage. Kim is the authorization coordinator for Advantage Home Health Services and loves coming to work every day!
