An Employee Review
AdvantageCare Rehabilitation (ACR) has come a long way since I started in 2014. I started working for ACR fresh out of college where they helped build my skills as a COTA and professional. I am appreciative of the way ACR has helped me grow as it speaks highly of their leadership.

 I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my co-workers, specifically how we all have each other's backs and are always willing to lend a hand. Whether someone isn't feeling well or under an enormous amount of pressure, we are quick to help with their caseload, so their patients get the high-quality care they deserve.

 AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is always flexible and understanding. They work with each employee on their weekly schedule and understand that things come up that can limit daily capabilities - they have no problem with make-up work over the weekends!

 I am incredibly proud to be a part of the AdvantageCare Team and the family they have become. They not only care about their residents but also their employees. I could not ask for a better company to advance my career with!

Meet Shannon Sicher
Shannon is an Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L)  in our rehabilitation department at Cedarbrook Nursing Home in Allentown, PA. She has worked for AdvantageCare Rehabilitation since 2014. She is a mother of twins and says it keeps her busy all the time!

Brian Wingard, PTA Advantage  Home Health Services, LLC Feel the Advantage I have been working for Advantage for almost 4 years now as a Physical Therapist Assistant at the Advantage Home Health Services Altoona office. During this time, I have been going to school part-time for Licensed Professional Counseling.  I can honestly say that Advantage Home Health  Services has been very supportive while I’ve been working toward my second degree.  My co-workers and supervisor have been encouraging, and everyone has such a positive attitude.  After I graduate with my Licensed Professional Counseling degree, I have even been encouraged to stay on in the physical therapy field as well as social services at Advantage.
