It is hard to obtain staff and even more difficult to retain staff with larger companies surrounding us. Advantage has created many spectacular incentives of their own to ensure employees feel valued. Recently the Altoona, PA office held their annual employee team building event. This year the employees requested to gather at the local Altoona Curve baseball game and tailgate prior. We had a wonderful turn out with staff, where we were able to relax, laugh, and enjoy each other’s company over good food and a good game. The Advantage Team is more than co-workers, we have turned into a family. We are there for each other whenever we need help in emergencies or even the day to day problems.
